Erica Schmid, 38�8 West Lake St, for an accessory structure permit. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. June �9letter to Charles Peterson regarding findings of fact on final plat of <br /> Charliewood; <br /> 2. June 191etter to Dale and Bonita Lindquist regarding findings of fact for <br /> Metes and Bounds Subdivision request; <br /> 3. June �9 letter to Dale and Bonita Lindquist regarding findings of fact for <br /> Variance Request to Encroach the Rear Yard Setback and Exceed the <br /> Maximum Impervious Coverage in the Downtown Mixed Use Zone; <br /> 4. June 281etter to A. Scott and Susan Pederson regarding Potential Ordinance <br /> Violation. <br /> C. Council Meeting Notes: <br /> The draft July 9 Council Minutes were not available when the packet <br /> was put together. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently working on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions.
