CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> COUNTY OF CROW WING <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGULATING LAND USE AND SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR ORDERLY <br /> DEVELOPMENT AND PROTECT THE GENERAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND <br /> WELFARE <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance 05-04, ordinances approved by the City <br /> Council of the City of Pequot Lakes, on the 7th day of June, 2005: <br /> Ordinance 05-04 replaces the current land use and subdivision regulations adopted during the <br /> annexation of Sibley Township, Ordinance 195, which has been repealed. Ordinance 05-04 <br /> details general standards for land use within the City of Pequot Lakes, establishes zoning <br /> classifications, bulk and density standards, performance standards, special provisions for unique <br /> uses of land and regulates the subdivision of property. The purpose of Ordinance 05-04 is to <br /> provide for orderly development within the City and to protect the general health, safety and <br /> welfare. <br /> A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the office of the City <br /> Clerk and is available on-line for downloading at www.communitygrowth.com. <br /> Passed by the Council this 7th day of June, 2005. <br /> 11.‘021 'fAF/ <br /> Cathy Ma'cha, Mayor <br />
