RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS . the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes <br /> adopted the Modifications to the Development Program for <br /> Development District No. 1 and the Tax Increment Financing <br /> Plan for Economic Development Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No . 1-3 on August 13 , 1996 ; <br /> AND WHEREAS , the Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No . 1-3 , Section U, Legal Description of the Parcel , <br /> was prepared for the Thurlow Addition ; <br /> AND WHEREAS , the plat was recorded by the County <br /> Recorder as the Pequot Lakes Industrial Park Plat ; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. that the Tax Increment <br /> Financing Plan for Economic Development Tax Increment <br /> Financing District No . 1-3 , Section U, be amended to read <br /> Lots 1-2-3-4 of Block 1 ; Lot 9 of Block 2 ; Outlot A; and Lots <br /> 1-2-3-4 of Block 3 of the Pequot Lakes Industrial Park Plat . <br /> RESOLUTION moved by D.
