RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS . Jeffrey Oddson , Gambling Manager of American <br /> Legion Post 49 , Pequot Lakes on May 31 , 1996 , delivered a <br /> premise permit application to the City of Pequot Lakes in <br /> connection with the application for renewal of the Minnesota <br /> Lawful Gambling License for American Legion Post 49 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , American Legion Post 49 requested approval of <br /> the premise permit application at a meeting of the City <br /> Council of the City of Pequot Lakes held on June 4 , 1996 . <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Pequot Lakes , Minnesota to approve the premise permit <br /> application for the American Legion Post 49 , Pequot Lakes . <br /> Resolution by Council Member D.
