` CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> �•/ RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS , it is proposed to improve Main Street and the <br /> alley between N. Washington Street and Government Drive and <br /> Second Street between W. Woodman and Main Streets by <br /> installing a storm sewer system and to assess the benefited <br /> properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> improvements , pursuant to Minnesota Statues , Chapter 429 , <br /> NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES , MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvements be referred to Don <br /> Anderson of Widseth, Smith Nolting for study and that he is <br /> instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed <br /> advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br /> proposed improvements are necessary , cost-effective , and <br /> feasible and as to whether they should best be made as <br /> proposed or in connection with some other improvement , and <br /> the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended . <br /> Adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 4th day of <br /> February , 1997 . <br /> Lef / <br /> ck Schmidt , Mayor <br /> ATT ST: <br /> Terri Russell , City Clerk <br /> Loe <br />
