Staff is requesting Council direction <br />regarding the 2012 budget preparation process. <br />1. What advice does the Council wish to offer to <br />departments as they begin their preliminary budget <br />preparation relating to budget increases, decreases, <br />projects, etc.? <br />2. Is the Council satisfied with the current budget <br />process? <br />3. What direction would the Council offer Staff when <br />entering preliminary wage numbers? <br />
