(218) 568-8 I 1 1 Mark Forsberg Police Chief <br /> Jerry Thompson Fax L18) 568-5860 <br /> E-mail: cityhall @uslink.nct <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the gambling manager of the American Legion Ben Krueger <br /> Post #49, Pequot Lakes, has delivered a premise permit application to the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes in connection with the application for renewal of the Minnesota <br /> Lawful Gambling License for the American Legion Ben Krueger Post #49 to <br /> operate lawful gambling at the American Legion Post #49, 115 Main Street, <br /> within the City of Pequot Lakes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the American Legion Ben Krueger Post #49 requested <br /> approval of the premise permit application at a meeting of the City Council of <br /> Pequot Lakes, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, to approve the premise permit application for the <br /> American Legion Ben Krueger Post #49 to conduct lawful gambling at the <br /> American Legion Post#49, 115 Main Street, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472. <br /> RESOLUTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER J.
