RESOLUTION 04-26 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> A RESOLUTIN DESIGNATING WILDERNESS ROAD AS A RUSTIC ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota is a statutory local road authority, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pequot Lakes is authorized under MS 160.83 to designate <br /> certain roads having met specific criteria as Rustic Roads, and <br /> WHEREAS, Wilderness Road has met the criteria of the law and should be designated <br /> as a Rustic Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Pequot Lakes City Council <br /> designates Wilderness Road as a Rustic Road according to MS 160.83, <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that rustic road signs shall be posted at the entry points, <br /> as determined by the City Council. Speed limit signs, not to exceed the <br /> maximum allowable speed for Rustic Roads will also be erected as <br /> determined by the City Council. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Pequot Lakes this 5th day of <br /> October, 2004. <br /> Cathy Mali cha, ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> • I <br /> Sandra A.
