RESOLUTION 06-26 <br /> RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FROM A DESIGNATED AGENCY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that the Pequot Lakes City Council act as a sponsoring <br /> Agency for the State Capital County and Local Preservation project(ML 2006, Chapter <br /> 258, Section 23, Subdivision 4; as amended by Chapter 283, Section 3.) and; <br /> THEREFORE, acknowledges herewith that it is willing to be the project <br /> sponsor; knowing full well that such sponsorship includes a willingness to secure and <br /> guarantee the local share of costs associated with this project and responsibility for seeing <br /> this project through to completion, with compliance of all applicable laws, rules, and <br /> regulations. <br /> BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the Pequot Lakes City Council has a <br /> demonstrated ability and a plan to fund the program(s) intended for the future use of the <br /> facility. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Cathy Malecha is hereby authorized <br /> to act on behalf of this applicant. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution <br /> adopted by Pequot Lakes City Council on this 18th day of July, 2006. <br /> SIG♦' D: WITNESSED: <br /> IF <br /> _/_ _ <br /> (Signatur° ( ignature) <br /> /27 ,4-1 .Q./0 772-49/0 <br /> (Title) (Date) (Title) (Date) <br />
