CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 12-03 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPERS FOR THE CITY OF <br /> PEQUOT LAKES FOR THE YEAR 2012 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pequot <br /> Lakes, Minnesota, designates the following newspapers as its official newspapers in <br /> which the City will publish ordinances and other matters as required by law for the year <br /> 2011: <br /> • Lake Country Echo—Main Official Newspaper <br /> • Brainerd Dispatch— Secondary Official Newspaper <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Lake Country Echo will be the main <br /> newspaper used for publications as required by law. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council this 3rd day of January, 2012. <br /> d- <br /> Nancy A. dams, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
