Call Meeting to Order <br /> Chair Anderson called the meeting together at 4:00 p.m. <br /> 2. Park Board Minutes <br /> COMMISSIONER TWEED MOVED TO APPROVE THE 4/13/2006 PARK <br /> BOARD MINUTES. COMMISSIONER KOSLOFSKY SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 3, FACES OF FREEDOM <br /> Discussion was held regarding pictures of Veterans along outside of <br /> walkway. Pictures will be laminated and on stakes. Board gave their <br /> approval to have the pictures there from July 2 — 12. <br /> 4. TREE CITY DESIGNATION <br /> Sandy Peine announced we are now Tree City. Mike will check if he <br /> needs to put up signs or if Mn/DOT needs to put them up. <br /> 5. TAX FORFEIT LANDS <br /> Sandy Peine suggested contacting Sharon Thurlow regarding purchasing <br /> the property for housing. Board stated they don't want it for parkland at <br /> this time. Sandy asked the Board if it was ok with them to contact Sharon. <br /> CHAIR ANDERSON MOVED TO CONTACT SHARON THURLOW. <br /> COMMISSIONER JURCHEN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 4-0. <br />
