Discussion followed in regard to easement road,visibility from Co.Road 17, <br /> landscaping and no-cut policy. <br /> Motion by Gary Gunderson,second by Cheri Seils to recommend to the Sibley Township Board of <br /> Supervisors to split the parcel with following conditions: <br /> 1. Record the easement of the road to said parcels <br /> 2. Submit landscape plan to Sibley Township with a no-cut policy. <br /> Finding: <br /> 1.
