DATE:May 22,2001 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> APPLICANT: Scott Johnson <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION RE Code 910101200000009 <br /> South 235 ft of NW' of NE' Section. 10 lying W.of the M&I <br /> Railroad and State Highway#371,(also Paul Bunyan Trail) <br /> Applicant present and read request into record which stated the division of parcel into 2 parcels.Reason <br /> was to give one parcel to relatives to build home on. Neighbor was present to voice support of the division <br /> on this property. Discussion followed in regard to easement road,visibility from Co.Road 17, <br /> landscaping and no-cut policy. <br /> Motion by Gary Gunderson,second by Cheri Seils to recommend to the Sibley Township Board of <br /> Supervisors to split the parcel with following conditions: <br /> 1. Record the easement of the road to said parcels <br /> 2. Submit landscape plan to Sibley Township with a no-cut policy. <br /> Finding: <br /> 1. It is compatible to area use and zoning. <br /> All members voting"aye",motion carried Tape 5-22-01 <br /> Motion by Cheri Seils,seconded by Marty Nelson to recommend to the Sibley Township Board to rezone <br /> the parcel from Rural Residential to Residential. <br /> Finding: <br /> 1. It is compatible to area use and zoning <br /> All members voting"aye",motion carried Tape 5-22-01 <br />
