The parcel is approximately 38 acres <br /> and has no structures on it. The property does have potential access to the realigned <br /> Highway 371, although a frontage road would be required; the proposed highway 371 <br /> location would actually run right through the property. This will severely limit the actual <br /> amount of area that would be usable for industrial purposes.
