March 3rd,2008 6:30 p.m.—BLADC and company representatives present the project to <br /> the Pequot Lakes City Council and request the Council to authorize the City Clerk to <br /> close on/sell Lot 3 of Block 4, with conditions set by the Council,to Gorton Painting. <br /> 3. Jay Gorton prefers to close on the lot with the City of Pequot Lakes as soon as possible. <br /> 4. Spring 2008—Gorton Painting plans to break ground and begin the building project. <br /> 5.
