February 19th, 2008 8:00 a.m.—BLADC presents the proposed project to the Pequot <br /> Lakes Economic Development Committee and requests a recommendation to the Pequot <br /> Lakes City Council regarding the sale of Lot 3 of Block 4 to TruGreen. <br /> 2. March 3rd,2008 6:30 p.m.—BLADC and company representatives present the project to <br /> the Pequot Lakes City Council and request the Council to authorize the City Clerk to <br /> close on/sell Lot 3 of Block 4,with conditions set by the Council,to TruGreen. <br /> 3. By March 15th, 2008-TruGreen prefers to close on the lot with the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> 4. July 2008—TruGreen plans to start the bidding process for the building project. <br /> 5. September 2008—TruGreen plans to break ground and begin the building project. <br /> 6.
