"
The Ordinance further states, in Section 70.030,that, "In all zoning districts, all waste
material, debris, refuse or garbage shall be kept in an enclosed building or properly
contained in a closed container designed for such purposes. The owner of all land shall
be responsible for keeping such land free of refuse and weeds. ... "
I have been to your property and taken the enclosed pictures. If these pictures accurately
depict the condition of your property, I would have to find that you are in violation of
these two provisions of the Ordinance.
As opposed to inspecting your property and citing you formally for a violation of the
Ordinance, we would like the opportunity to work with you to correct this situation. We
are requesting that by no later than May 10,2005,you remove or properly store the
refuse and debris from this property. In other words, the garbage can and bags of
garbage presently located at the end of your driveway need to be removed and fully
screened on your property or located within a building.
