This will remain on the <br /> violation list until it is resolved. <br /> 10. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 11. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—John Derksen volunteered to speak to Mr. <br /> Acosta about his unfinished exterior. Mr. Acosta is entertaining the <br /> possibility of selling the home. Staff contacted him about his un-mowed <br /> lawn and he did mow it. <br /> 12. Virgil Dahl—Mr. Dahl has removed one trailer house. Mr. Dahl failed to <br /> uphold the agreement with the City and this matter has been forwarded to <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney who has agreed to charge it out as a <br /> misdemeanor. (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 13. Darrell Lake—Alan Cibuzar of A. W. Research accompanied Staff on-site <br /> June 7 and issued a new restoration order. (8/04) <br /> 14. Larry Lien—Mr. Lien has removed the abandoned vehicles. Staff will <br /> monitor the refuse and other exterior storage. (12/04) <br /> 15. Dale Kroells—Mr. Kroells Land Use Permit expired September 30, 2004. <br /> Councilman Bolz-Andolshek volunteered to speak with him and did so. <br /> Mr. Kroells has contacted Staff and will submit an application for an <br /> extension of his Permit. (10/04) <br /> 16. Thomas Morris—Mr. Morris had garbage piled at the end of his driveway. <br /> He removed it when contacted by Staff. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This will remain on the violation list. (5/05) <br /> 17. James and Barbara Whitty—This should have been on the violation list. <br /> The Whitty's did landscaping within the SIZ without a permit. Staff is in <br /> contact with their attorney. (6/04) <br /> 18. Valerie Dwight—Staff noticed that the 400 sq. ft.parking area had been <br /> increased substantially from last fall. SWCD is issuing a restoration order. <br /> (5/05) <br /> The following items relate to the sign ordinance, which we anticipate having ready for <br /> review soon: <br /> 19.
