At least five new trees shall be planted and maintained within the shore <br /> impact zone(first 37.5 feet from the lake)to ultimately buffer the visual <br /> impact of the second story addition. <br /> 2. There shall be no structure, including the deck, closer to the lake than the <br /> existing dwelling. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Planning Commission to determine that all of these <br /> conditions have been met. A Planning Commission Member and myself would like to <br /> meet with you at your home to discuss these conditions.
