3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 4. Lance Schmidt: The renter has moved and the exterior storage is being <br /> removed. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> 5. Babinski—Mr. Babinski has submitted all requested documents and has <br /> removed the barbed wire from the fence by the school. The permit has <br /> been issued for his manufacturing building. Staff will monitor his <br /> progress and he will be removed from the violation list. <br /> 6. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> 7. Roger Rudbeck and Jack Rudbeck—At this time they are not pursuing <br /> their claim against the City. Their issue is with the Tim Wimperis and <br /> Larry(Tony) Fyle properties. Mr. Wimperis has moved out of the City <br /> and Mr. Fyle is not in violation. <br /> 8. Gary and Jaculin Peterson : Staff has contacted the Peterson's to make <br /> application for the gazebo permit. The Peterson's have not made <br /> application. <br /> 9. Andrew Boldt—Mr. Schaefer has the adjoining lot for sale and this issue <br /> will be revisited when the lot is sold. This will remain on the violation <br /> list. <br /> 10. Dept. of Natural Resources/Paul Bunyan Trail—The DNR has contacted <br /> Staff and will remedy this situation in the spring. This will remain on the <br /> violation list until it is resolved. <br /> 11. Carl Wilson—This parcel has been sold. Staff will continue to monitor. <br /> This may be an ongoing problem and will remain on the violation list. <br /> 12. Johnathan and Theresa Acosta—John Derksen volunteered to speak to Mr. <br /> Acosta about his unfinished exterior. Mr. Acosta is entertaining the <br /> possibility of selling the home. <br /> 13. Virgil Dahl—Mr. Dahl has removed one trailer house. Mr. Dahl failed to <br /> uphold the agreement with the City and this matter has been forwarded to <br /> the Prosecuting Attorney who has agreed to charge it out as a <br /> misdemeanor. (Problem inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 14. Darrell Lake—Alan Cibuzar of A. W. Research accompanied Staff on-site <br /> November 17 and contacted Mr. Lake for additional restoration.
