Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. February Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> There were no permits issued in February. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. January 31 letter to the Department of Natural Resources regarding debris <br /> along the Paul Bunyan Trail. <br /> 2. February 7 letter to David Swenson regarding the pontoon remaining on <br /> his property on Gravdahl Drive. <br /> 3. February 7 letter to John Derksen thanking him for removing the two <br /> inoperable vehicles. <br /> 4. February 8 letter to Roger Langenbau thanking him for his efforts to <br /> remedy the debris situation along the Paul Bunyan Trail. <br /> 5. February 10 letter to Larry Lien regarding debris and abandoned vehicles. <br /> 6. February 25 letter from Larry(Tony)Fyle giving permission for park <br /> model to remain until Mr. Wimperis' home sells. <br /> _ 7. February 28 Memo from City Engineer(WSN). <br /> 8. March 1 Memo to Tom Ryan regarding the Don Babinski project. <br /> 9. March 1 letter to Jon Nornberg regarding an off-site sign. <br /> 10. March 1 letter to Larry Lien regarding agreement to remedy potential <br /> violation. <br /> _ C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Mr. Swenson has removed all abandoned vehicles except <br /> the pontoon and a grader. He did not respond by March 1 to letter <br /> regarding pontoon. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E. MacGibbon: Mr. MacGibbon died a few weeks ago. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> ._ 4.
