We have contacted the adjacent property owner who started he has not <br /> placed any refuse or debris along the Trail. Fie also stated that the old railroad trestle is <br /> along the Trail and had been placed there by the railroad, <br /> The Planning Commission has discussed this situation with the adjacent property owner <br /> and is wondering if this debris is in the Thal right-of way.
