Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> A. January Permits: The following permits were issued over the last month by the <br /> Zoning Department: <br /> 1. Turn Key Construction, Lot 11, Block 1, Branches, a new home with <br /> attached garage. <br /> 2. James and Kelli Levenske, 28337 County Road 107, second story <br /> addition. <br /> B. Correspondence: Your Staff sent the following letters of correspondence since <br /> the last meeting: <br /> 1. January 12 letter to David and Jean Buck reminding them to submit their <br /> sketch plan. <br /> 2. January 12 letter to Mr. and Mrs. Justin Bolz-Andolshek regarding their <br /> Conditional Use Permit. <br /> 3. January 31 letter to the DNR regarding debris along the Paul Bunyan <br /> Trail. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: Mr. Swenson has removed all abandoned vehicles except <br /> the pontoon and a grader. (10/02) <br /> 2. John E. MacGibbon: Mr. MacGibbon died a few weeks ago. We are <br /> going to wait and see how the ownership situation, which has been the key <br /> issue for this property, resolves itself. <br /> 3. Cathi McBryde: This matter is being turned over to the Prosecuting <br /> Attorney, Matt Mallie. Staff has prepared a timeline for Mr. Mallie. <br /> (Inherited from Sibley Township) <br /> 4. Lance Schmidt: The renter is moving and staff will monitor exterior <br /> cleanup. <br /> 5. Babinski—Mr. Marohn met with the City Attorney,Tom Fitzpatrick, on <br /> November 19 and Mr. Fitzpatrick is working on this. <br /> 6. Roger Rudbeck—The City Council has agreed to forward this matter to <br /> the City Attorney to secure a lien on the illegally constructed dwellings. <br /> February Staff Report Page 26 <br />
