the extinguishment of such assessment lien as aforesaid, the entire amount of such unpaid assessment <br /> shall be reallocated and assessed against, and payable by the Owners of, all other Lots in the <br /> Association, exclusive of such mortgaged Lot." No such sale, transfer or acquisition of possession <br /> shall relieve an Owner of a Lot liability for any assessments thereafter becoming due or from the lien <br /> thereof or shall relieve the person personally obligated to pay the assessment which levied prior to the <br /> transfer of such property from the personal obligation to pay the same. <br /> Section 10. Exempt Property. The following property subject to this Declaration shall be <br /> exempt from the assessments, charges and liens created herein: <br /> (a) All properties to the extent of any easement or other interest therein dedicated to and <br /> accepted by the local public authority and devoted to public use; <br /> (b) All properties exempt from taxation by the laws ofte State of Minnesota upon the <br /> terms and to the extent of such legal exemption; <br /> (c) All Common Area as defined in Article I keof <br /> ARTICI&'`VL <br /> EASEMEP , <br /> Section 1.
