Lake Street <br /> Subject: The ten foot wide walking access to Sibley Lake from W. Lake St. <br /> Dear Ms. Peine, <br /> Since our phone conversation a few weeks ago, I feel that I should <br /> state my feelings about the ten foot walking access in writing. By doing so, <br /> it may be referred to again at a later date. <br /> My parents bought the property at 3793 W. Lake Street in 1925 and it <br /> has remained in the family to this date. At present, it is occupied by Joel <br /> and Kathleen Jader. Kathleen Jader is my daughter and Joel her husband. <br /> The property was originally purchased with the understanding that there <br /> would be a ten foot access to the lake and it was so recorded as a part of <br /> the plat in 1923. For over eighty years this strip has been available to the <br /> public as a walking access and 1 would like to see it remain as such in the <br /> future. <br /> Any change in this situation would have a detrimental effect on the <br /> property values of all the close residents.
