City Council Minutes <br /> November 9, 2004 <br /> Page 5 <br /> ------------------------------ <br /> after-the-fact portion of the fine ($600.00) be designated to a lake <br /> education program. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION OF A FIVE TIMES <br /> AFTER-THE-FACT FINE FOR THE VIOLATION AND THAT THE <br /> AFTER-THE-FACT PORTION BE DESIGNATED TO A LAKE <br /> EDUCATION PROGRAM. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 7.4. Proposed Timeline for Subdivision Ordinances <br /> The Council reviewed the timeline for reviewing and approving the land <br /> use and subdivision ordinances. <br /> 7.5. Exterior Storage Violation <br /> Dawn Bittner updated the Council on the Dahl property. She indicated that <br /> staff has been working with the property owner to clean up the property for <br /> a long time. She stated that not only has progress not been made, but <br /> more exterior storage has been added to the property. She indicated that <br /> the matter has now been turned over to the prosecuting attorney. <br /> 8.3. Health Insurance Update <br /> The City Clerk noted that the City has recently joined the North Central <br /> Service Cooperative for health insurance. She indicated that the coverage <br /> did not change and that the premiums were reduced. The Council <br /> reviewed several options regarding amount of the City contribution toward <br /> the employee health insurance premium. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED THAT THE CITY PAY 85% OF <br /> THE SINGLE OR FAMILY RATE OF THE HEALTH INSURANCE <br /> PREMIUM FOR ALL EMPLOYEES ENROLLED IN THE CITY'S <br /> HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 8.4. Consider Audit Proposals <br /> The City Clerk provided the Council with the three audit proposals. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO DESIGNATE <br /> LARSONALLEN AS THE CITY'S AUDITOR FOR 2005. COUNCIL <br />
