Tim Houle indicated that the Council decision was to assess per parcel for water and sewer and per front foot for roads and storm sewer. He indicated that the church was only assessed for one parcel because they had begun the process to combine the two parcels. He further indicated that if the same types of improvements are ever completed along Schmidt Way or Derksen Road, the Church more than likely would not see an assessment for water and sewer, but could see an assessment for storm sewer and road improvements. Mr. Anderson also questioned whether the assessment included the physical hook up charges. Tim Houle indicated that the owner is responsible for the hook up from the right-of-way. Chris Greer— Paul Bunyan Ice — questioned if he was included in the assessment project. Tim Houle indicated that Mr. Greer's property is not included in the project and that he would not receive an assessment. The City Clerk indicated that the ordinance requires hook up to sewer within 90 days after the public sewer is operational. She requested the Council to extend the hook up deadline to June 30 due to weather and timing of the project. The Council concurred. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-28 ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. 3.
