Open Mike <br /> 4.1. Bob Olson of Gloria Dei Church — Hwy 371 <br /> Bob Olson, Gloria Dei Church, stated that the Church is requesting that <br /> the City recommend to MnDOT a frontage road rather than a backage <br /> road in front of the church. Mr. Olson presented a plan that he put together <br /> regarding the frontage road. <br /> Frank Milo, Pastor indicated that the backage road would be a potential <br /> hazard to the elderly in regard to the future plans of the church. He also <br /> noted his concern regarding the safety of the children. <br /> The City Engineer indicated that he would take Mr. Olson's proposal to <br /> MnDOT. <br /> The Council requested the City Engineer to request an evaluation from <br /> `.- MnDOT in the general area of the Church in regard to both a backage and <br /> frontage road. <br /> The Council recessed at 7:00 p.m. and reconvened at 7:10 p.m. <br /> 4.2. A resident of Evergreen Development requested the City to take over the <br /> streets in the development. He also had questions pertaining to street <br /> signage and lighting in the development. Council Member Sjoblad stated <br /> that he would schedule a meeting with Mike Loven, Council Member <br /> Akerson and Mr. Arvig to discuss the issue. <br /> 5. Planning and Zoning <br /> No action required by the City Council. <br /> 6.1. Review Assessment Amounts for Industrial Park Project <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the estimated assessment amounts approved by the <br /> Council at the September Council meeting. The assessment amounts are <br /> based on a per lot for sanitary sewer and watermain and per front foot for <br /> storm sewer and street improvements. <br /> 6.2. Consider Resolution Declaring Cost to be Assessed <br />
