To: City Council
From: Brett Twardy
September,2004
Monthly Water/Wastewater Report
Water Plant: all working good, surge protector repaired.
Fire Hydrants and Water Mains: main to city hall air tested, all good. Ordered
parts to get entire city hall hooked up to city water.
Ponds/Blowers: ponds are at proper levels for the winter storage capacity. Blowers
all good.
Lift Stations:.all working fine.
Sanitary Sewer:.all good,no backups.
General Comments:.have not budgeted for the facility plan for the spray site, should
we?, how much?.have got the water/sewer rates from the LMC, see enclosed, also found
no programs relating to what Tom R wanted , even though the MRWA rate study does
show depreciation. Have been working on this rate sheet, will be ready by next council
meeting.
Sincerely,
BRETT TWARDY
