Consider Resolution Providing for the Sale of Bonds <br /> Shelly Eldridge of Ehlers and Associates presented the Pre-Sale Report <br /> for the proposed issue of$340,000 G.O. Improvement Bonds, Series <br /> 2004A for the financing of the Industrial Park Improvement project. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04- <br /> 21 ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE <br /> INDUSTRIAL PARK UTILITIES EXPANSION PROJECT. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6- <br /> 0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-22 <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF $340,000 G.O. IMPROVEMENT <br /> BONDS FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 6.3. Determine Assessment Method <br /> The Council discussed the method of assessment to use for the project. <br /> Tim Houle reviewed the assessment methods which were previously <br /> �.. discussed at a previous Council meeting. After much discussion the <br /> Council consensus was to use assessment method #5. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO USE ASSESSMENT METHOD <br /> #5 FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK PROJECT WHICH IS BASED ON <br /> WATER AND SANITARY SEWER AS A PER LOT ASSESSMENT AND <br /> STREET AND STORM SEWER AS A PER FOOT ASSESSMENT. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 8.1. E-911 Siqns <br /> The Mayor indicated that the cost to place E-911 signs is estimated to be <br /> $9,854 plus labor to install the signs. It was unsure as to whether this cost <br /> included the posts and what the cost of labor would be. It was the <br /> consensus of the Council to table this item until the October meeting when <br /> Mike Loven would be available to answer the questions. <br /> 8.2. Request to Purchase Mower <br /> Council Member Sjoblad indicated that two quotes were received for the <br /> purchase of a mower for the street department. The lowest quote was <br /> $13,500 from Northwood Turf and Power. Council Member Sjoblad <br />
