I <br /> City Council Minutes Page 9 <br /> August 3, 2004 <br /> Brett Twardy recommended adding a rate fee of$50 per hour to the 2004 <br /> fee schedule for services. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE ADDING A <br /> RATE OF $50 PER HOUR TO THE 2004 FEE SCHEDULE FOR <br /> SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WATER/SEWER DEPARTMENT <br /> PERSONNEL. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Brett Twardy thanked the Street Department for their help in bringing the <br /> water line to the new city hall. <br /> 14.1. Discuss Different Assessment Scenarios <br /> Tim Houle provided the Council with different assessment scenarios for <br /> the industrial park project. The scenarios included a per lot assessment for <br /> both water and sanitary sewer and street and storm sewer, a per lot <br /> assessment for water and sanitary sewer and a per foot assessment for <br /> street and storm sewer. Mr. Houle indicated that the Council had some <br /> time to review this information. <br /> 14.2. Industrial Park—Approve Plans and Go Out For Bids <br /> �.. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04- <br /> 19 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING THE <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE INDUSTRIAL PARK UTILITIES <br /> EXPANSION PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO SEND THE INDUSTRIAL <br /> PARK DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO THE MINNESOTA <br /> DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND TO THE MPCA FOR A WATER MAIN <br /> EXTENSION PERMIT AND A SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION PERMIT <br /> AT A COST TO THE CITY OF $800.00. COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 15. Other Business <br /> Mike Loven reported on a drainage problem on Pequot Boulevard. <br /> John Derksen was present on behalf of the first responders and requested <br /> the Council to consider installing 911 addresses. The Council discussed <br /> the issue. The Council requested Mike Loven to research the cost to <br /> install the signs. <br />
