Mr. Schaefer stated that he wishes to split the <br /> one acre lot into two lots. The second findings of fact is incorrect. There currently is a <br /> dwelling on the lot. There are currently single family dwellings in the area. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Karl Moon,to recommend the City <br /> Council approve the rezoning to Urban Residential, based on the following findings of <br /> fact: <br /> 1. The parcel is currently zoned Wooded Residential. <br /> 2. There is a dwelling on the parcel. <br /> 3. The parcel topography is not excessive. There are no development constraints <br /> for either zoning classification. <br /> 4. The parcel is served by municipal sewer and water utilities and will connect <br /> when developed. <br /> 5. The parcel is one block east of Highway 371 and two blocks north of the <br /> existing downtown area. <br /> 6. The draft Future Land Use Map indicates that this area should be a trasition <br /> between the urban and rural areas. <br /> All members voted"aye".
