City Council Minutes Page 2 <br /> June 11, 2004 <br /> ------------------------------------ <br /> The City Clerk indicated that the City of Jenkins is requesting a letter from <br /> the Pequot Lakes City Council indicating the City's interest in working with <br /> the City of Jenkins on their sewer project. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO SEND A LETTER TO THE <br /> CITY OF JENKINS INDICATING THAT THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> IS WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM ON THEIR SEWER PROJECT <br /> PROVIDED THAT THE CITY OF JENKINS PAYS FOR THE <br /> FEASIBILITY STUDY AND TO INDICATE THAT THE CITY OF PEQUOT <br /> WOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY FUTURE MEETINGS WITH <br /> JENKINS ON THE PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 5. Consider 3.2% Beer for Northern Food King <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO APPROVE A 3.2% OFF <br /> SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR NORTHERN FOOD KING. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0-1. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK <br /> ABSTAINED. <br /> 6. Consider Resolution Designating the New City Hall as the City's Polling <br /> Place <br /> The City Clerk indicated that the new city hall will serve as the polling <br /> place for elections in the City of Pequot Lakes. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER JOHNSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04- <br /> 14 DESIGNATING THE CITY HALL AS THE POLLING PLACE FOR <br /> PEQUOT LAKES VOTERS. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 7. Financial Review of New City Hall <br /> The City Clerk provided an update on the financial status of the new city <br /> hall. <br /> 8.
