This is follow up to our request for contribution <br /> from the City of Pequot Lakes during 2004. We respectfully request that you consider making <br /> a gift to help support the Initiative Foundation's programs and operations. Our request for 2004 was <br /> $500; however, we would appreciate any amount you can give. <br /> Through partnerships with generous and committed friends, the Initiative Foundation has been <br /> able to distribute $5.6 million in grants and loans in Crow Wing County. We have been, and <br /> continue to be, an active force for economic development, community planning, leadership <br /> \.- development, and donor services in Central Minnesota. <br /> The Initiative Foundation provides gap financing for new and expanding businesses and grant <br /> dollars to area non-profit organizations, schools, and units of local government. In these current <br /> challenging economic times,perhaps no investment would have greater significance or <br /> importance than the one made with us.
