The Council indicated that the City has been trying to <br /> get the property cleaned up for a long time and is still working on it. <br /> It was the consensus of the Council to move forward with <br /> prosecution in order to get the property cleaned up. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED THAT THE MARKET <br /> VALUE NOT BE INCREASED IN 2004, BUT TO KEEP THE <br /> VALUE AT THE 2003 RATE OF $322,200. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 7. Lorna Hensch — OOM558900000009 <br /> Stated that the market value was too high and requested a review <br /> by the Assessor. <br /> 8. Grace Akerson —290024400800009, 290024300000009 <br /> Requested the Assessor to review the value of the building.
