COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 11.1. Police Chief Monthly Report <br /> The Police Chief presented his monthly report. <br /> 12.1. WSN Proposal for Architectural and Engineering Services for City Hall <br /> Remodelinq <br /> Tim Houle presented the Council with a proposal for architectural and <br /> engineering services for city hall remodeling. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> CONTRACT FOR SERVICES FROM WSN FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND <br /> ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY BUILDING REMODELING <br /> PROJECT. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 13.1. Storm Shelter Study <br /> Mayor Malecha indicated that Earl Hemmerich, owner of Pequot Trailer Court <br /> has approached the City in regard to building a storm shelter from grant funding. <br /> The Council discussed this issue and indicated that if Mr. Hemmerich donates <br /> the land, the City would consider cooperating with the project. <br /> 6.3. Consider Appointments to Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS <br /> TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: <br /> BILL HABEIN — 3 -YEAR TERM FROM 3/12/04 TO 3112/07 <br /> MARK HALLAN— 3 — YEAR TERM FROM 3/12/04 TO 3/12/07 <br /> JOHN DERKSEN — 2 -YEAR TERM FROM 3/12/04 TO 3/12/06 <br /> DEAN WILLIAMS— 2 —YEAR TERM FROM 3/12/04 TO 3/12/06 <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. TDS Sewer Back Up <br /> Brett Twardy explained that TDS is proposing to install a sewer alarm and <br /> backflow protection device for $9,750 and is requesting the City to pay part of the <br /> bill.
