Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mayor Malecha called the meeting of the Pequot Lakes City Council to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> 1.1 Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Mayor Malecha led with the Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 2. Consider Agenda <br /> The Mayor requested the following changes to the agenda: <br /> • Planning and Zoning items moved to the beginning of the agenda <br /> • Agenda item 11.1 to be heard when the financial consultants arrive <br /> • February 18, 2004 Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes as item 5.4. <br /> THE AGENDA WAS APPROVED AS AMENDED AS REQUESTED. <br /> 5. Planning and Zoning <br /> 5.1. Planning and Zoning Administrator's Report <br /> The Planning and Zoning Administrator's report was accepted by the Council. <br /> 5.2. Tax Forfeit Property <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-004 <br /> RECLASSIFYING TAX EXEMPT PROPERTY AS NON-CONSERVATION. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br />
