As an engineer with a New York engineering firm, <br /> was responsible for project development, funding application and <br /> management, design, regulatory agency approval, public bidding and <br /> construction observation for municipal infrastructure improvements. <br /> Served as principal in charge responsible for coordination, design, <br /> approvals, construction observation and quality control for water, <br /> wastewater, solid waste facilities and street/highway projects. <br /> \.. Monitored project budgets including administration of grant and loan <br /> monies. Also has experience as structural engineer for an engineering <br /> firm specializing in pulp and paper company expansions. <br /> As a project engineer with WSN, meet with and advises city <br /> staffs/councils on infrastructure considerations to meet projected <br /> growth,the impact of development on existing city systems and <br /> funding/assessment alternatives. Works with several planning and <br /> zoning committies in reviewing PUD's, plats, commercial <br /> developments and requests for variences to local regulations. <br /> Represents WSN's clients in all negotiations with State and Federal <br /> agencies and prepares permit applications for a variety of agencies. <br /> Current projects include the complete design, permiting and <br /> construction of the Crosslake Wastewater Facility, reconstruction of <br /> Lindberg Drive in Little Falls, expansion of bio-solids handling at the <br /> Aitkin wastewater plant, Facility Plan for Pillager waterwater plant, <br /> Nisswa street department garage and Crow Wind Landfill scale house. <br />
