He indicated that the By-Pass option would be <br /> safer. <br /> Alice Schmidt— Scandia North — Stated that she preferred the through-town <br /> option. <br /> Norma Leifeld - 8811 Ossawinnamakee Rd. — Flower Shop Employee — <br /> Stated that she preferred the through-town option. <br /> Tom Johnson — Stated that he preferred the through-town option. <br /> Rolf Flen — 4730 Akerson Road — Stated that the by-pass option would cut off <br /> his neighborhood from the City, it would impact the wetlands and would create a <br /> lot of noise. He stated he was in favor of the through-town option. <br /> Bob Hanson — 31208 Eastwood Drive — Stated that he preferred the through- <br /> town option. <br /> Joe Dotty — 3039 Highway 371 - Stated that he preferred the through-town <br /> option. <br /> David Kennedy - Stated that he preferred the through-town option. <br /> Patrick Smith — American National Bank - Stated that he preferred the <br /> through-town option. <br /> Doug Zaske - Stated that he preferred the through-town option. <br /> Craig Holland — representing SuperAmerica owners Bill and Carol Johnson <br /> - Stated that he preferred the through-town option. <br /> CarolJean Weise — Pequot Lakes — Indicated that she sees the pros and cons <br /> of both ways. She also stated that she was in favor of the through-town route. <br />
