MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-1. <br /> Roll Call: SJOBLAD—AYE, JOHNSON —AYE, RYAN —AYE, BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK <br /> —AYE, PFEIFFER—AYE, AKERSON — NAY. <br /> 4. P&Z Administrator's Report <br /> Planning and Zoning Administrator Chuck Marohn presented his report. <br /> 5. Request to Rezone from Medium Density Residential to Exempt Commercial — Little <br /> Pine Properties, Ron Schaefer <br /> Report provided by Chuck Marohn. Property location —4208 Brown Street. The <br /> Planning Commission recommended approval of the rezoning to exempt commercial <br /> with 7 conditions as listed in the Planning and Zoning Administrator's report dated <br /> November 24, 2003. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE REZONING REQUEST <br /> BY LITTLE PINE PROPERTIES TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4208 <br /> BROWN STREET FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO EXEMPT <br /> COMMERCIAL BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF FACT PROVIDED BY THE <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 6. Request to Rezone Property from Agriculture to Rural Residential —Alison and Brian <br /> Evenson <br /> Report provided by Chuck Marohn. Planning Commission recommended to rezone on <br /> a 3-2 vote. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM <br /> AGRICULTURAL TO RURAL RESIDENTIAL. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 7. Review Conditions for Wilderness Point Resort— Conditional Use Permit <br /> Report provided by Chuck Marohn. Chuck Marohn indicated that the Planning <br /> Commission has reviewed the conditional use permit conditions for Wilderness Point <br /> Resort as requested by Council. He noted that the Planning Commission is <br /> recommending approval of the CUP with three conditions. <br />
