CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION- Completed <br /> On May 3, 2005, the Council approved the use of the Office Max credit card. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO ALLOW THE USE OF AN OFFICE <br /> MAX CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK, THE CITY <br /> CLERK, THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR AND THE OFFICE ASSISTANT TO <br /> INCUR CHARGES ON THE CARD WITH A TRANSACTION LIMIT OF $500. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AMEND THE MOTION TO INCLUDE AN <br /> ACCOUNT LIMIT OF $500. COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE <br /> AMENDMENT. We plan to merge many of the department funds into the General Fund. <br /> 2. Funds that are no longer being used have been removed from the accounting <br /> system. <br /> 3.
