At issue, <br />as I understand, City staff is desirous of retaining legal counsel for the purpose of <br />exploring options of nuisanee abatement using whatever civil remedies may be <br />available to the City. As you are aware, I currently serve as your City Prosecutor, and <br />have done so since December of 2000.
