RESOLUTION 05-11 ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS FROM <br /> HARLAN LIFE INVESTMENTS - $100 AND AMERICAN LEGION <br /> - $500 FOR HOLIDAY LIGHTING AND DECORATIONS IN THE <br /> DOWNTOWN AREA. <br /> 3.7. AUTHORIZE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITY BILLS <br /> FOR TAXES. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GREER SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 3.1a. September 27, 2005 Closed Session Council Minutes <br /> Council Member Bolz-Andolshek indicated that the motion hiring the Chief <br /> was incomplete. The Clerk indicated she would correct the motion and <br /> have the Council approve the minutes at the December Council meeting. <br /> 3.2. Payment of Bills <br /> Council Member Bolz-Andolshek questioned payment to the Fire Relief <br /> `.. Association of$35,000. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO APPROVE THE PAYMENT <br /> OF BILLS. COUNCIL MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> 3.8. Amendment to Animal Control Enforcement Services <br /> Council Member Ryan questioned the requested amendment to the <br /> contract for Animal Control Services. Chief Braam indicated that the Police <br /> Department would review the proposed increase and bring it back to the <br /> Council in December. <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> Donna Good indicated that some years ago her granddaughters named a <br /> street in Pequot Lakes Honey Street. She indicated that the street has <br /> since been renamed Honeysuckle Street. She requested the street to be <br /> renamed Honey Street. The Mayor indicated that when the County issued <br /> the 911 address the street was changed because there was another <br /> Honey Street in the grid. The Mayor indicated that staff would verify this <br /> with Crow Wing County and get back to Donna Good with the answer. <br />
