CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION 05-10 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS AND YIELD <br /> SIGNS IN THE CITY OF PEQUOT LAKES <br /> WHEREAS, placing stop signs and yield signs at certain intersections in the City will <br /> create safer driving and pedestrian situations. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that a"Stop" sign be placed at the <br /> intersection of Hubbard Street and South Oak Street causing drivers to come to a <br /> complete stop before turning onto South Oak Street. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a"Stop" sign be placed at the intersection of <br /> McGill Street and South Oak Street, causing Morehouse Drive causing drivers to come to <br /> a complete stop before turning onto South Oak Street. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a"Stop" sign be placed at the intersection of <br /> Water Tower Drive and Pillsbury Street causing drivers to come to a complete stop <br /> before turning onto Pillsbury Street. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a"Yield" sign be placed at the intersection of <br /> Hubbard Street and Water Tower Drive. <br /> Passed and adopted by the Pequot Lakes City Council, this 4"'day of October, 2005. <br /> Cathy Malecha, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Sandra A.
