Our records indicate that you did not apply for and <br />receive a Land Use Permit prior to construction. I am enclosing a Land Use Permit <br />application for an after-the-fact permit. <br />If the fence was constructed on the lot line, a survey would have needed to be completed <br />prior to construction.
