MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
MONTHLY REPORT
JULY 2005
• Kurt has taken several vacation days so Ray and I have been busy
trying to keep up on daily work schedules.
• Budget time is here. Many hours are spent drafting the budget and
meeting with my liaison and Clerk's office.
• I have worked with my liaison and we have come up with a plan and a
date of August 13, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. to meet with the people of the
Linen Road and Inland Trails area to see what, as a group, they would
like to see in the future plans for their roads. (See attached letter that
has been sent out).
• We again have spent a lot of hours working with new construction in
the downtown area and in the residential lots on problems of road
widths and run-off and trying to match up parking areas to existing
streets. It is a problem that seems to be growing faster than time and
current budgets cannot seem to catch up to.
i
Mike Loven
Maintenance Supervisor
I
i
