Monthly Report <br /> to <br /> City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Department <br /> July, 2005 <br /> Land Use Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has reviewed two metes and bounds subdivisions. One of these <br /> applications has been returned as incomplete. The other application, along with the <br /> necessary supporting documents, has been forwarded to the City Planner for his review. <br /> The fee for this application is $50.00. <br /> The Zoning Office has received and began processing eight Land Use Permit <br /> Applications. To date,there has been$847.60 collected in fees. <br /> As of July 27, the Zoning Office as processed fifteen more permits compared to 2004 and <br /> twenty-eight more than in 2003. <br /> Individual Sewage Treatment system (ISTS) Permits: <br /> The Zoning Office has received and processed one Design in July for ISTS instaflation. <br /> Year-to-date,there have been eighteen Designs processed, resulting in Permit Fees of <br /> $1,800.00 and Inspection Fees of$1,800.00. <br /> Zoning May: <br /> The Planning•Commission is forwarding their recommendation to the City Council to <br /> adopt the new Zoning Map, minus those parcels listed on the Opt-out List. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> ❖ June 30&July 1, Prepared proposed 2006 budget. <br /> A. July 1, photographed erosion control at Lake residence. <br /> ❖ July 4, Holiday. <br /> ❖ July 5, forwarded Lake erosion control pictures to Alan Cibuzar at AW Research. <br /> ❖ July 5, reviewed Land Use Application for completeness. <br /> ❖ July 5, explained Zoning Map changes to citizens. <br /> ❖ July 6, reviewed Overflight Report. <br /> ❖ July 6, prepared follow-up correspondence. <br /> ❖ July 7, mailed notices for public hearings. <br /> ❖ July 7, ISTS Inspection. <br /> ❖ July 7, compiled Opt-Out List. <br /> Completed July 27, 2005 1 <br />
