Also discussed was how this will fit with <br /> the downtown plan both aesthetically and timing. It was suggested that <br /> this could possibly be phased into a 3 year project. No decision was made <br /> on this issue. <br /> Tim Houle informed the Council that the architect for the old city hall has <br /> requested to use WSN for their services. There was a consensus of the <br /> Council that this would not be a problem. <br /> Tim Houle informed the Council that he has sent MnDOT the final <br /> comments of the City Council on the Highway 371 project. He questioned <br /> whether it would be prudent to hold a committee meeting with MnDOT <br /> regarding the issues or to just have MnDOT and the Council meet. The <br /> Council suggested waiting to see if MnDOT wanted to review the issues <br /> with the committee and then ultimately scheduling a meeting with the <br /> Council and MnDOT. <br /> 3.6. Pay Estimate #5 — Industrial Park Project <br /> Council Member Greer questioned how the retainage amount of$4,500 <br /> was determined. The City Engineer explained. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GREER MOVED TO APPROVE PAY ESTIMATE #5 <br /> TO YOUNG EXCAVATING IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,284.94 FOR <br /> WORK ON THE INDUSTRIAL PARK. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 14. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 15. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED <br /> TO ADJOURN THE MEETING. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION.
