The Council concurred <br /> that the City should consider getting some proposals for this work. <br /> 13. City Engineer Report <br /> 13.3. Nagle Road Right-of-Way <br /> Tim Houle indicated that a meeting was held with Potlatch regarding <br /> acquiring some property for a future Nagle road right-of-way. He indicated <br /> that Potlatch was in favor of working with the City on this transaction. Tim <br /> indicated that the City would first have to get an appraisal of the property it <br /> wants to acquire. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO AUTHORIZE MIKE LOVEN <br /> TO HAVE THE PROPERTY APPRAISED BY A PROFESSIONAL <br /> APPRAISER. COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 13.2. Consider Bids for Evenson Road and McGill Street <br /> Mike Loven reported that Anderson Brothers was the only bidder for both <br /> projects. The bid for Evenson Road is $95,651.56. Mike Loven proposed <br /> that $6,867.84 come from the storm sewer fund as a portion of the costs <br /> are related to storm drainage. <br /> The bid for McGill Street is $64,558.94. Mike Loven proposed that <br /> $6,704.98 be paid from the storm sewer fund as a portion of the costs are <br /> related to storm drainage. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO ACCEPT THE BIDS FROM <br /> ANDERSON BROTHERS FOR MCGILL STREET AT $64,558.94 WITH <br /> $6,704.98 TO COME FROM THE STORM SEWER FUND AND THE BID <br /> FOR EVENSON ROAD AT $95,651.56 WITH $6,867.84 TO COME <br /> FROM THE STORM SEWER FUND. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 13.1. Government Drive Proposal <br /> The City Clerk distributed a proposal for engineering services for <br /> Government Drive improvements. Tim Houle reviewed the proposal.
