Fire Chiefs Report <br /> Fire Chief Nelson indicated that the Breezy Point facility is complete and <br /> fire trucks will be moved into the facility soon. <br /> 11. City Clerk's Monthly Report <br /> 11.1. Industrial Park Sign <br /> The Clerk suggested installing the Business Park sign this year using <br /> funds from the Industrial Park Fund. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER PFEIFFER MOVED TO HIRE SIGNCRAFTERS TO <br /> INSTALL THE INDUSTRIAL PARK SIGN AT $4,145.00. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER BOLZ-ANDOLSHEK SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br /> CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 11.2. Budget Worksession <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER GREER MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL ON AUGUST 16, 2005 AT 6:00 P.M. TO <br /> DISCUSS THE BUDGET WITH DEPARTMENT HEADS AND TO <br /> REVIEW THE SLUETTER ROAD ISSUE. COUNCIL MEMBER NAGEL <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> Special Meeting — Chief Interviews <br /> MAYOR MALECHA MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL FOR AUGUST 9, 2005 AT 5:00 P.M. TO INTERVIEW <br /> FOR THE CHIEF OF POLICE POSITION. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 11.3. Consider Audit Proposal for 2006 <br /> The Clerk indicated that she received a proposal for audit fees for the <br /> 2006 audit from LarsonAllen at $17,500. Council Member Ryan indicated <br /> that he felt a $3,500 increase in fees over last year was excessive. <br /> Mayor Malecha stated that she was pleased with the Auditor's work for <br /> 2005 and would like to rehire for 2006. <br />
