July 1 , 2005
Pequat Lakes Business Park
Sign Proposal
Pequot Lakes City Council Members,
Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for a sign for the Pequot Lakes
Business Park.
My estimate for the sign is based on duplicating the existing sign design on the city
signs - "Welcome to the City of Pequot Lakes", with the dimensions of 12' x 64".
The sign would read - "Pequot Lakes Business Park".
Since there are a number of options for making a sign of this type. I will limit the
figures included in this proposal to 1) sandblasted redwood, 2) sandblasted cedar,
and 3) a sign with a wood background with logo and letter attachments in the
foreground. Please keep in mind that the cost is often proportionate to the size of
the sign.
This is a general layout of of the sign, and is not intended as a finished
representation. If you accept my proposal, I will submit detailed design, color and
layout options for the sign. The design work is included in the figures listed below.
There may be extra design costs if a totally different sign design and layout is
deemed necessary.
